Refund policy

At Nerisa Studio, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece you wear. We're committed to making returns, exchanges, and cancellations simple and stress-free, in compliance with consumer protection laws.

30-Day Return Promise

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

To start a return or exchange, email us at info@nerisastudio.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photos if they help explain the issue

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Have all tags attached
  • Include all original packaging, labels, and accessories
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email works)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us immediately at info@nerisastudio.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Photographs of the item and its packaging

We'll make it right, no questions asked.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: We cover the return shipping cost, no charge to you.
  • Change of Mind (wrong size, style, or no longer wanted): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Please package items securely to avoid damage during return transit.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • The time for funds to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider
  • You will be notified once the refund is processed

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Email us at info@nerisastudio.com and we'll help you with an exchange.

The fastest option is to return your item and place a new order for the replacement once your return is approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled prior to processing. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@nerisastudio.com.

For items that have already been shipped or delivered, returns can be initiated by following the steps described above.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Swimwear and intimates
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards

These items will be clearly marked on their product pages.

Additional Considerations

This policy complements our Terms of Service and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
